Farm Holidays - Vacations in Lucca farmhouse - Tuscany
Experience Tuscany from its most beautiful side. Between vineyards and olive groves, far away from the stresses and strains of modern life. Here, winters are mild, and various flours begin blooming as early as January. During the summer, a mild breeze blows down from the hills, while in autumn, maturing vines set the fields ablaze in a rainbow of colours.
Holidays/stays can be booked in the large Villa, the farmhouse and several large apartments. All
houses are fully equipped with crockery, silverware, glasses and pans, as well as sheets and towels,
which are changed weekly. The estate also has a large round swimming pool (8 m), to which
all our guests have access.
Once a week, we conduct wine tastings for our guest. On your request, we will also organise a
cook who will prepare delicious local dishes for you.
The estate‘s ideal location provides numerous opportunities for an interesting vacation/stay. Some
examples that are easily reached by car:
Lucca and the villas dotting the surrounding countryside;
Collodi (Pinocchio theme park); Pisa; Florence; Siena, Arezzo; the spa towns of Montecatini,
Monsummano and Bagni di Lucca; Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio (seaside – La Versilia); the mountain landscape of Garfagnana
and the Cinque Terre.
Fubbiano belongs to the Ville Lucchesi and Lucca in Villa Associations and is entitled to use the
official trademark of the Villas of Lucca, granted by the Lucca Chamber of Commerce, which
guarentees high-quality products
La Mandolata
SLEEPS 6 - La Mandolata is a large two-level apartment situated in the middle of the Fattoria. Guests staying at La Mandolata also have access to a private terrace facing the valley provided with table, chairs and bbq and to the farmhouse swimming pool (8m in diameter), with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas.
L'Orto
SLEEPS 4 - L' Orto is a spacious, three level apartment connected to the western side of the old wine cellar. It looks out on a courtyard bounded by the former bakery, a vegetable garden and the Bailiff's house. Guests staying at L' Orto also have access to a swimming pool (8m in diameter), with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas and to a private garden with table, chairs and bbq.
L'Olivo
SLEEPS 4 - L'Olivo is a two-level apartment situated in the middle of the Fattoria next to our wine shop. Guests staying at L'Olivo also have access to a shared swimming pool (8m in diameter), with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas and to a private green terrace viewing the valley, provided with table, umbrella, chairs and bbq.
La Vite
SLEEPS 4 - La Vite is a two-level apartment situated in the middle of the Fattoria next to our wine shop. Guests staying at La Vite also have access to a shared swimming pool (8m in diameter), with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas and to a gourgeous garden with oranges trees, capers and artichokes plants. The garden is also provided with table, umbrella, chairs and bbq.
