The Fattoria di Fubbiano is 15 km from Lucca, 65 km from Florence, 35 km from the Pisa airport.
It is situated 4 km north of the Pesciatina (SS 435), the road connecting Lucca and Pistoia.

Coming from the East via the Firenze-Mare highway (A-11) from the Bologna-Rome highway (A-1), one takes the Chiesina Uzzanese exit, following signs to Pescia-Collodì, and then the Pesciatina West towards Collodì-Lucca.

Turn right immediately after entering the Village of Gragnano where one sees the first of seven brown signs pointing the way to the Fattoria. Coming from the West via Firenze-Mare highway (A-1) from the Milan-Genoa highway (A-12), one takes the Capannori exit follows the Pesciatina East in the direction of Pescia and Pistoia of the town of Lappato, where one turns left at the first of seven brown signs to the Fattoria.
